<p>Matt was brought up on his family&rsquo;s 4th generation sheep &amp; arable farm just outside of Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand, he attended Lincoln University (NZ) then joined ANZ Bank NZ Ltd as an Agri bank manager in 2005, since then Matt has run large customer portfolios, managed large regions &amp; teams for both Rabobank and ANZ Bank with specialisations in irrigation &amp; farm syndication financing, along with offshore lending projects in the Pacific Islands and SE Asia.</p> <p>In Feb 2020 Matt joined Oxbury Bank Plc and assisted the business in gaining its banking license through to its successful launch in Feb 2021, and since then put together Oxbury&rsquo;s national sales force and continues to lead the customer facing team to major lending and revenue milestones.</p>

Richard Johnston leads the commercial strategy behind Frontier&rsquo;s customer-facing digital ecosystem. With a background grounded in practical agriculture - including roles at Cargill and as Commercial Manager for Wells Agriculture - Richard specialises in translating complex commercial requirements into high-value digital tools.<br /> Previously leading the development of Frontier&rsquo;s digital grain marketing solutions, Richard&rsquo;s remit now spans the full breadth of Frontier&rsquo;s digital propositions. He is responsible for the &quot;Proposition Gateway,&quot; ensuring that all digital investments deliver tangible commercial value and seamless integration for Frontier&rsquo;s farmer customers.

<p>Ash Ellwood is Head of Arable at Farmers Guardian, where she leads coverage of UK arable farming, agronomy and crop production. With a strong background in agricultural journalism and on-farm insight, Ash works closely with growers and industry experts to deliver practical, trusted content for the arable sector.</p>

<p>Charles runs a dairy and arable farm in Warwickshire in partnership with his two brothers. They keep 350 Holstein cows indoors and milk them both traditionally and using a robotic system. The farm also grows wheat, oilseed rape, oats, barley, potatoes and maize on 1,300 acres. He believes the farming industry needs to do more to bridge what he sees as a knowledge gap between the producer and the consumer, and volunteers for his local agricultural society.</p>

<p>Charlie Morgan is a leading UK grass and forage adviser with over two decades&rsquo; experience helping beef, dairy and sheep farmers get more from their grazing systems. He specialises in pasture management, soil health, reseeding and rotational grazing, translating research and field data into clear, practical advice. Charlie has supported hundreds of producers to improve grass utilisation, boost forage quality and cut reliance on bought-in feed. Known for his clear, no-nonsense style, he delivers actionable guidance that helps farmers build more efficient, resilient and profitable forage-based systems.</p>

David farms south of Horsham in West Sussex with his wife and two sons over 1200 tenanted hectares in the heart of the Sussex Weald. Starting in 1989 with 70ha the business now has arable, dairy beef, Sussex suckler herd and sheep enterprises. In 2003 the Farm Shop opened and sells a wide range of food from the Victorian stable yard at Westons. He has served previously within the NFU as Branch Chair, West Sussex Council Delegate, South East Regional Chair as well as four years on Governance Board. David was elected to the position of NFU Vice President in February 2022.

<p>Alan Webber is an organic dairy farmer based in Devon, running a grass-based herd at Hensley Farm. He has embraced herd monitoring technology to improve fertility, cow health and day-to-day decision-making. Alan is passionate about using practical, data-led tools to boost performance and resilience in low-input dairy systems.</p>

<p>Thibaut first joined ADBA as a policy intern during his Masters in Climate Change: Environmental Science and Policy at King&rsquo;s College London and has since continued with ADBA as a junior policy analyst.&nbsp;</p> <p>His work leverages his dual policy and technical expertise to bridge the gap between ADBA&rsquo;s Policy and Technical teams. Drawing on his scientific formation and policy background, he is equally comfortable dialoguing with political stakeholders and regulators as well as industry operators. He leads the Anaerobic Digestion Certification Scheme and specialises in the regulatory aspects of the Anaerobic Digestion industry. He also coordinates 2 ADBA working groups: Food Waste and Sustainable Bioenergy Crops. You may have the chance to interact with him in these instances.</p>

<p>Olivia Shave is a shepherdess and the founder and director of Ecoewe which offers a range of sustainable products derived from the family&rsquo;s flock. Olivia has launched the #Ruraleducationmatters campaign and a petition to revise the national curriculum and introduce comprehensive rural education in UK schools</p>
