Mandy Field is a somatic movement and therapeutic arts practitioner with experience working with young children through to adults in both a group and individual setting. She has a background in movement, improvisation and physical theatre and facilitates programs that connect participants to embodied experiencing through somatic movement principles and multi modal arts-based inquiry Mandy has completed training in the Body-Mind Centering® approach to somatic movement education, and facilitates weekly Somatic Movement Labs, alongside monthly workshops, and individual sessions in Castlemaine, Dja Dja Wurrung Country, central Victoria.
