With over a decade of experience leading complex design-build healthcare and institutional projects, Sam Revel has built a career around bridging consultants, trade partners, and construction teams to deliver efficient and innovative outcomes. As Director of Industrialized Construction at Pitt Meadows Plumbing, he has transformed the company’s approach to prefabrication, advancing strategies such as multi-trade racks, modular skids, and in-wall assemblies.

Brian is the President of Hughes Environmental Engineering, headquartered in Mahwah, NJ. The company, which was founded in 1935 in Jersey City, NJ, is now in its fourth generation of continuous family ownership. Hughes has a significant presence in the commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration market. Its offerings include service, maintenance, retrofit, and design build in the greater New York City region. Brian Hughes became President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America at the association’s Annual Convention in Austin, TX, in March 2025.

Mike McHenry leads service operations for Ainsworth’s Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing service delivery, customer support, maintenance programs, and field teams. He has more than a decade with Ainsworth (formerly Enginuity), applying a hands-on approach to optimize reliability, responsiveness, and lifecycle support for mechanical and HVAC systems.

Matt Cordova is a seasoned leader in construction technology, bringing over a decade of experience in driving digital transformation within the construction industry. As Innovation + BIM Manager, Matt excels at integrating advanced tools, software, data analytics and best practices to optimize project efficiency, improve pre-fabrication processes, and enhance collaboration across teams. His expertise spans BIM implementation, training, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring projects meet high standards of innovation and sustainability. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Matt is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of construction tech, setting new benchmarks for the industry’s digital evolution.

Joe Melody brings hands-on trade experience and digital innovation to his role at Helm. Having worked as a journeyman pipefitter—making critical welds and installing complex mechanical systems—Joe intimately understands the challenges of field operations. Today, Joe leverages that field knowledge in the VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) space, shaping how Helm designs, fabricates, and installs MEP systems. He often leads sessions and workshops on improving workflows and integrating fabrication with on-site execution. Joe is a known contributor within industry forums, including speaking engagements at national conferences.
