Betsy Cord Portis, DAADOM, is the office administrator for Ryan F. Mueller, DMD in Downtown Portland, Oregon. She single-handedly runs the front office of Dr. Mueller’s busy private practice. She is the president of the local Portland Metro AADOM Chapter, was named AADOM’s Practice Administrator of the Year in 2018, and was inducted into AADOM’s first class of Diplomates in 2021.

Josh is responsible for consulting with DSO’s and group dental practices on how RecallMax can help grow their practices organically through hygiene optimization and system implementation. Backed with over a decade of senior leadership experience in the medical service industry he is highly experienced in growing organizations on an acquisition and operational basis.

Patricia (Trish) has over 20 years of dental experience as a dental assistant, RDH, and Practice Administrator. She is a lifetime member of AADOM, was inducted as a Fellow in 2023, and received her AADOM Mastership in 2024. She is the president of the NW Florida Dental Connection.

Sandy McGrew, FAADOM, is a busy dental practice manager, wife, and mom. She serves as the office manager at Podvia and Stanford Family Dentistry in Florida. She began her career working for Aetna Dental Insurance and is also a certified dental assistant. Today, Sandy works with 40+ practices throughout Florida and Georgia, helping staff through education related to insurance, marketing, and more.

Sara Coan is a seasoned management professional who in recent years started a career in sales. With extensive experience overseeing dental practices, as regional operations manager she transitioned to a Territory Account Manager role at Henry Schein One 3 years ago. With over 14 years of experience overseeing dental practices, Sara is skilled in optimizing operations and enhancing patient satisfaction while identifying practices opportunity for growth and change.

Esti Marvisi is a senior marketing manager at Sunbit, focused on expanding the company’s presence in dental practices. She is responsible for generating awareness of Sunbit among independent dentists, DSOs and industry influencers.

Sheela Roth is an experienced dental practice management expert, thought leader, and public speaker. As Head of Clinical Education at Pearl, a dental AI company, she leads a team focused on practice transformation and improving clinical performance. Before this, she founded and led Absolute Dental Business Solutions, a practice management consultancy. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Loma Linda University and is a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Ashley Sempf has a deep passion for healthcare and dentistry. She graduated with a degree in Registered Nursing and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for two dental practices in Wisconsin. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has found great fulfillment in her career in dentistry.

Jon Ortega-Flores is Senior Product Manager at PracticeTek, driving the strategy and roadmap for Doctible. Since joining in 2017, he’s worked across Sales, Support, QA, and Product, giving him a full view of the customer journey. Jon partners with teams across the company to ensure Doctible helps dental practices grow and thrive. He is based in San Diego, California.

Ebisa Godana is the Account Sales Manager at Doctible with over 4 years of experience in healthcare marketing. Having worked in almost every department at Doctible, from website building to ads consulting and account management, he has gained deep insights into improving healthcare offices’ online presence through strategic SEO and advertising. Passionate about helping offices grow, Ebisa is dedicated to empowering healthcare providers with the tools they need to succeed.

In 1985, Debbie answered a help-wanted ad for a receptionist position at a dental office in Phoenix, AZ. Within just a few weeks, she realized that dentistry was her passion. Fast forward to 2024—thirty-nine years later—she is the Practice Manager of Toothologie, A Smile Studio, a thriving dental practice in Union, KY, supported by one of the best teams around. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to building successful practices and supporting doctors within the dental community. She has led four practices to be recognized as the top Dentist in the region and successfully guided two practice sales and doctor transitions. Debbie has been a member of AADOM since 2015, earning her Fellowship in 2023 and her Mastership in 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending weekends in Gatlinburg, and cherishing every moment with her grandchildren.

Before Roadside, Angela devoted 23+ years to the dental industry, leading high production at multi-doctor practices. Eventually, she honed in on her passion for practice management and consulting, and naturally gravitated toward Roadside due to their specialization in dental marketing.In her years with Roadside, Angela has helped transcend all previous profit margins at rates her clients have never thought possible! She problem-solves intimidating challenges with interactive, easy, and rewarding action plans. Simply put, Angela loves to share her marketing knowledge, tools, and expertise to help dentists grow their practices!

Danelle Canales joined Carestream Dental in 2007 and serves as a trainer for CS SoftDent, CS OrthoTrac, Windent, eServices. and Care Management Platform. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University where she refined her leadership skills as an officer in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. Danelle works closely with the technical support, development, and implementation teams to ensure our software and processes are up-to-date and meet our clients’ needs. Combining humor and professionalism in her training, Danelle strives to help clients use our software to efficiently meet their practice management needs. Her hard work, dedication, and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations make her an asset to the training team. When she is not training, Danelle enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
