Paul worked in the NHS for over 25 years, 10 of those as a Director of Estates, capital and more latterly facilities services. Managing a £40m revenue budget, Paul worked in both the Acute and Mental Health environments. Leaving the NHS in 2016, Paul led the delivery of a university £350m capital programme.
