Dr. Alexander Lammers is a transformation architect at the intersection of data & AI, process automation, and corporate strategy. As a Manager at Wavestone, he leads data and AI transformations end-to-end, from strategy, governance, and MLOps through to large-scale enterprise implementation. Drawing on deep expertise in machine learning and intelligent automation, he advises C-level executives on translating data-driven insights into measurable strategic advantage. As a lecturer in the AI & Business Analytics programme at FOM University, he shapes the next generation of data professionals for the demands of an increasingly AI-driven economy.

Timm Jäger is CEO of EintrachtTech and responsible for the development of new digital business models and the digital business strategy of Eintracht Frankfurt. EintrachtTech is a 100% subsidiary of Eintracht Frankfurt, incorporating all digital business areas with a focus on data-driven club management and business models. In 2022, EintrachtTech won the World Football Summit award for 'Best Digital Transformation in World Soccer' and was named 'Digital Champion 2025' in the German Bundesliga. In 2022, he was also named one of the 'Top 40 under 40' in the German-speaking sports business industry by Sponsors magazine.

As Head of AI, Analytics and Data, Dr. Alec Sproten is responsible for all data and AI products in use and in development at fischer. Previously, he was responsible for Data Science at a German luxury retailer, supported corporations in the data-driven transformation of their after-sales business (with a focus on algorithmic pricing), and worked as an Assistant Professor of Economic Theory. Alec is a psychologist and holds a PhD in Economics.

With a strong foundation in Information Security and a people-first mindset, I help organisations turn security into a shared responsibility, not just a compliance checkbox. I bridge technical standards with human behaviour, helping organisations apply frameworks like ISO 27001 through a clear, human-centred approach that drives lasting cultural change. As a speaker, educator and co-author of the book “Beyond Firewall: Role-Playing in Digital Security”, I translate security into stories that resonate with business leaders, younger generations and everyday users. I believe security culture should be engaging, empathetic and effective, because real change happens when people care, not just comply.

Simeon Rilling is the Chief Product Owner for the Data Mesh Ecosystem at Bosch. In his current role over the past three years, he has been instrumental in shaping and driving the data mesh strategy at Bosch. He has been with the company for a decade, holding various data-centric positions, ranging from consultant to programme lead for data analytics strategy across different Bosch divisions. Before joining Bosch, he worked as a data analytics consultant and graduated in Physics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

Wolfgang Klein is at the forefront of Bosch's data transformation, leading the evolution from traditional data lakes to a sophisticated, integrated data product ecosystem. Since 2019, he has been instrumental in pioneering the company’s data mesh architecture and is now focused on bringing conversational AI features into reality. With a foundation in Industrial Engineering and Management from universities in Karlsruhe and Grenoble, Wolfgang began his career at Accenture as an IT consultant in 2002. He joined the Bosch Group in 2007, where he has dedicated his career to turning enterprise data into tangible value.

Based in Berlin, Dr. Sabina Kohlmann is an expert at the intersection of artificial intelligence, strategy and higher education transformation. Drawing on extensive experience across academia, corporate management and entrepreneurship, she has led teams and spearheaded initiatives that combine innovation, digital strategy and institutional advancement. With a doctorate in marketing and executive education in artificial intelligence, Dr. Kohlmann focuses on how AI is redefining decision-making, leadership and organisational performance. Her current focus is on designing human-centred, data-driven strategies that enable institutions and businesses to thrive in the era of intelligent systems.

Pawel is a Data Solutions Architect who designs scalable data systems to help overcome big data challenges in the manufacturing sector. He helps ZEISS and its customers make better decisions by transforming production and enterprise context data into reliable, actionable insights.

Alexander Schmielau is a Requirements Engineer at ZEISS Digital Innovation in Munich, Germany, specialising in data enablement for manufacturing. With a background in physics, he develops innovative solutions that optimise the entire data lifecycle, from collection to visualisation. Leveraging over 12 years of experience in databases and 10 years in Big Data and cloud infrastructure, Alexander applies his expertise in requirements analysis, data integration, SQL, and reporting tools to create impactful visualisations.
