Diana Holland is the founder of Cavis, a business advisory firm dedicated to helping fleet operators, suppliers, and management companies improve performance, strengthen financial outcomes, and prepare for the future of fleet. With a background in strategy, technology, and business transformation, Diana works hands-on with companies to solve real-world challenges — from streamlining operations and adopting new technologies to planning for electrification and sustainability. Before launching Cavis, she spent 26 years with a major FMC, gaining deep experience across every level of the fleet industry—from frontline operations to executive leadership—where she led growth and innovation initiatives that positioned the company at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market. A passionate advocate for leadership development, diversity, and women in the fleet industry, Diana has been recognized with the Women in Supply Chain Award and AFLA’s President’s Award. She holds an MLA from Harvard Extension School and a BS from Southern New Hampshire University.

John joined Northcoast Research in May 2009 as Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst covering the Business Services sector, with specific emphasis on the Car Rental and Industrial Services, Commercial Services and Staffing industries. Prior to joining Northcoast Research, John was an Associate and Senior Analyst at FTN Midwest Securities from 2003-2009. John and his team have developed an extensive network of industry contacts to draw from, including private equipment rental operators, equipment auction operators and auto auction operators, private uniform rental operators, private document management operators, private U.S. and international professional, industrial, and commercial staffing operators.
