As associate publisher of Automotive Fleet Chris Brown covers all aspects of fleets, transportation, and mobility. Chris produces and emcees Bobit’s annual Fleet Week, which consists of the Global Fleet Conference, Fleet Forward Conference, and Fleet Safety Conference, along with related regional Fleet Forward Tour stops. Since 2006, Chris has also overseen, produced, and emceed the International Car Rental Show, the largest event serving the auto rental industry worldwide. Chris has won publishing awards for editorial excellence including a Jesse H. Neal Award, three Folio: Eddie Awards, and three Maggie Awards. As an internationally recognized expert on fleets and mobility, Chris has spoken at industry events in the U.S., Brazil, Ireland, and China. He has been sourced and quoted in national media such as Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Good Morning America, and National Public Radio.

Martin Romjue is the managing editor of the Fleet Trucking & Transportation Group, where he is also editor of the Auto Rental News and Vehicle Remarketing digital brands , and a contributing editor to Automotive Fleet . He was the executive editor of Bobit-owned Luxury, Coach & Transportation (LCT) Magazine and LCTmag.com from 2008-2020. Previously, Martin was a business editor and reporter at newspapers in California, Florida, and Virginia.

With 40 year’s commercial experience spanning retail automotive, general insurance and fleet management, Mace has been the Executive Director of the Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) for the past 10 years. Mace is an accountant by trade and held CFO, Director, General Management and National Sales roles throughout his career and was inducted into Bob Media’s Global Fleet Hall of Fame in 2023. Mace is a strong advocate for new and emerging technologies which goes hand in glove for his passion for people development. During his time with AfMA, he worked with Swinburne University to develop a Diploma of Leadership & Management contextualised for the fleet and automotive industries, in 2021 launched AfMA’s Personal Develop Series assisting people to become the best versions of themselves, in 2022 launched AfMA’s first mentoring program and in 2023 launched AfMA’s Industry Development Program, specifically designed to support organisations with succession planning. Mace's goal as a leader is to leave the world in a better place than he found it. It is his belief that EQ is fundamental to becoming the best version of ourselves, hence AfMA’s Personal Development Series.

Steve is General Partner of Automotive Ventures, an early-stage automotive technology and mobility VC fund that helps entrepreneurs raise growth capital and accelerate their businesses and delivers outsized returns to investors in the fund. Steve served as TrueCar’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and AutoTrader.com’s Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, overseeing the acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, HomeNet Automotive, VinSolutions, and DealerScience. Earlier in his career, Steve served as Manheim’s Director of international Development, overseeing Manheim’s overseas investments, including establishing new joint ventures in Dubai, Istanbul and Beijing. Steve is author of two books: The Future of Automotive Retail and The Future of Mobility. For fun, Steve likes to ride his three motorcycles on the racetrack (his personal land speed record is 180 mph on a Yamaha R1 at Road Atlanta) and hang out with his ten rescue cats.

Kimberly Fisher is the Director, Global Fleet & Travel for NOV. Fisher has been a member of the fleet industry for 20+ years. Kimberly has primary responsibility for the global fleet, assets of 5,000+ including the regulated fleet in the US and Canada. She also manages NOV’s global travel group. Kimberly joined NOV in 2011. Previously, Kimberly worked for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company and managed their US fleet. She serves on the advisory boards for Element Fleet Management, General Motors, Delta Airlines Oil & Energy Council and BWH Hotels Energy Advisory Board. In 2023 Kimberly won the Professional Manager of the Year and in 2021 Global Fleet Visionary of the year.

Nick Davidson is a Social Impact Lead at McKinstry, where he oversees the company’s Carbon Climate Initiative and its goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2030. He joined McKinstry in June 2021 and has since played a key role in laying the groundwork for the company’s Action for Impact and social impact strategy. Prior to McKinstry, Davidson spent a decade in corporate sustainability consulting, supporting organizations in developing and implementing decarbonization strategies. With a career rooted in aligning business operations with climate goals, he brings both expertise and passion to advancing McKinstry’s impact initiatives.

Jennifer Bruchhardt is a Senior Product Manager on the Data and Extensibility Platform team at Samsara. She leads product development for Custom Reports, which empowers customers to analyze data across all of Samsara’s product areas, and for Automations, which streamline manual and repetitive workflows.

Billy Dobosz, Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Enterprise Mobility, is responsible for strategic initiatives focused on the growth and optimization of ancillary products including telematics, fuel, and safety programs. His role encompasses managing executive-level partnerships, overseeing contract negotiations, and participating in advisory councils to drive innovation and enhance client experience. He represents EFM at industry events, panels, and speaking engagements, fostering relationships and elevating the company’s visibility across the fleet management sector. Billy provides strategic oversight on emerging industry trends and works closely with the Strategy team to align market insights with organizational goals. In addition to leading the Government Sales Team, Billy guides marketing strategy and sales enablement efforts to improve operational efficiency and drive growth. He also partners with the communications team to manage relationships with industry publications, serves as a liaison for legislative affairs, and supports manufacturer relationships to strengthen EFM’s industry positioning. In 2020, he took over as Director of EFM’s Louisiana operating group, and then Director overseeing Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming operations in 2023. In September of 2025 Billy transitioned to his role of AVP of Business Development. Dobosz received a Bachelors in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University. In his free time, you’ll likely find Dobosz and his wife Beth at one of their son’s sporting events, or spending time with friends and family.
