As vice president of vessel refurbishment at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Colin Gant is responsible for all refurbishment activities within world-leading cruise brands Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and Oceania Cruises.

My is the Senior Director, Design & Innovation for HA Line and leads the design department overseeing three prominent cruise brands: Holland America Line and Seabourn. My’s design experience is diversified across Refurbishment and Newbuild. As a globally recognized thought leader, My’s repertoire of achievements span both land and sea. She is known for her internationally acclaimed award-winning designs as well as being a public speaker on topics close to her heart such as Sustainability and Leadership. On the topic of inspiration, My says, “inspiration to me is not a noun. It’s more of a mindset. I’m as inspired seeing the colors of leaves while walking in my neighborhood as I am looking at fashion in different cities that I visit around the world. The key is to always keep your eyes open and not have tunnel vision. That mindset assures you will always feel inspired”.

Boasting more than 20 years’ experience in the cruise industry, Stephen T. Fryers has worked extensively on newbuild, refurbishment, and major conversion projects for some of the world’s leading cruise lines in the marine industry, with his main area of expertise being interior fit-outs. Throughout his time operating in the cruise interiors industry, Stephen has gained vast experience and knowledge in project management of cruise ship construction projects.

Having worked on projects across the globe, Petra Ryberg’s vast expertise in the world of marine interiors has catapulted her into the position of design industry leader. After completing a degree in interior design in Sweden, Petra went on to found her own business, Petra Viktoria Design, a design studio specializing in hospitality interior design. As of 2016, Petra has simultaneously held the position of head of design at P&O Australia, where she ensures quality across the board for the P&O’s fleet in Australia.

With 30 years of experience in cruise ship design, Nedgé’s career spans eight years as a Ship Design Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and 21 years as a Managing Partner and Senior Project Manager with Tomas Tillberg Design. During her years at RCCL Nedgé was responsible for managing the operations budget for four ships, including all aspects of design and refurbishment including their implementation during drydock. For the last 21 years at Tomas Tillberg Design, where she’s still pursuing her passion for cruise ship design, Nedgé has worked on hundreds of projects covering all areas on a ship, working as a lead and managing ships for a number of the major cruise lines.

Captain Patrik Dahlgren is the Senior Vice President of Global Marine Operations and Fleet Optimisation for Royal Caribbean Group’s global brands. Over the past 20 years, Boris has been involved with operations, construction, and startups of numerous vessels for globally renowned cruise lines.

After achieving an M.A. in Architecture from the University of Rome, Francesca Bucci went on to work in leading firms including Perkins + Will, Peter Marino, and Polshek & Partners. Her years’ experience with these firm further solidified Francesca’s areas of expertise in architecture, interiors, and project management. After developing a substantial design portfolio, Francesca and a partner established BG Studio International. Now BG Studio works with luxury developers, hotels and cruise brands to create upscale interiors, with firm projects located in New York, Miami, and throughout Europe. With a cruise portfolio featuring clients at Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Club Cruises, Francesca most recently has spent time working on Celebrity Cruises new ship, Celebrity Flora.
