Professor Jared Cole is Director of the RMIT Applied Quantum Technologies research centre. Jared is a theoretical and computational physicist, specialising in quantum theory and its application in electronics, computing and condensed-matter physics. His current research interests include the development of next generation technologies such as quantum computing, quantum sensing, advanced renewable energy technologies and low power electronics. As leader of the RMIT Applied Quantum Technologies centre, Jared works with industrial partners both nationally and internationally to develop materials, production processes and design tools for quantum computing. In addition to his academic work, Jared provides consulting advice to government and industry in the area of quantum technologies, and is the co-founder of H-Bar Quantum Consultants.

Graeme Evans is the Regional Vice President for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific at Epicor. Based in the Sydney office, Graeme is tasked with leading the Epicor business, helping existing customers maximise their business performance and expanding Epicor’s business in this region. With an extensive background in manufacturing, supply chain management and customer management roles, Graeme brings a strong foundation in technology and software provider space to the team.

Chatura Elkaduwa is the Head of Technical and Product Development at Central Innovation, where he leads product strategy, engineering services and digital manufacturing solutions across Australia and New Zealand. With more than two decades of experience supporting manufacturers, he specializes in practical digital transformation initiatives that improve collaboration between engineering, operations and business systems. He has played a key role in developing Central Innovation’s manufacturing platforms, including MaXXlink and MaXXflow, designed to help small and mid-sized manufacturers modernize their processes without the complexity of traditional enterprise systems. His work focuses on enabling better visibility across the product lifecycle, strengthening EBOM to MBOM alignment, and supporting more connected and efficient production environments. His experience spans CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP, and MRP integrations, with a strong emphasis on making advanced digital manufacturing capabilities more accessible to Australian industry.
