Jason Smallheer is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales and educating students and business leaders in digital marketing essentials. He also teaches at Columbia College and Southern New Hampshire University business schools. Jason holds a Journalism degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and an MBA from Webster University.

Dr. Paloma Lehfeldt, MD, MA, is a lifelong cannabis advocate who serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Science and Partnerships for Vireo Health. At Vireo, she is responsible for overseeing and managing all Social Equity and Educational Development initiatives across Vireo’s network. From collaborating with universities and medical and science associations to develop cannabis-focused curriculum and workforce pipelines to working with local agencies and community organizations.
