Assistant Professor Dr. Nurgül Boz is an academic specializing in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Akdeniz University, Türkiye. Her research interests include culinary sustainability, food waste reduction, gastronomy education, and digital engagement in food choices.

Mr. Ji has been involved in the tourism industry of Yunnan Province since 1996, and has played a key role in the development of the tourism sector in the region. He currently serves as the Chairman of China Chamber of Tourism and Chairman of Daycash Tourism Development Group Co.,Ltd.

In 2022, she joined Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University as a lecturer and was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2024. Her research interests include culinary sustainability, food waste reduction, gastronomy education, and digital engagement in food choices. Over the years, she has published in high-impact academic journals and presented her findings at numerous international conferences. She has also participated in Erasmus mobility programs and international research collaborations, strengthening her expertise in sustainable food practices and tourism.

Mr Ibrahim Shiuree holds an MBA in Public Relations & Communication. He has served as Director Projects & Infrastructure at United Development Pvt Ltd, is an Executive Board Member of the Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI), and Vice President at the Table Tennis Association of Maldives (TTAM). He is a recipient of the National Award of Recognition for sports development.

Khanittha Phanworawat is currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director for the Americas, Middle East, and Africa Region at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Previously, Miss Khanittha has also served as the Direct of TAT Moscow Office in the years 2021- 2024, and Deputy Director of TAT Singapore Office in 2014-2018.
