Martin Wachinger joined TMM Group on 01.02.2022 as business unit representative for BIM and R&D. Here he acts as the primary contact person for questions related to digital planning and execution. Before joining TMM Group, Mr. Wachinger was employed as a BIM Expert in STRABAG AG's central department for innovation and digitalization (SID). His responsibilities include the implementation and development of the BIM method for H+I in Germany/ BNL/ Scandinavia. Mr. Wachinger joined the Strabag subsidiary Ed. Züblin AG in 2010 where he worked as BIM Manager in international projects. Due to the strongly operational requirements of the BIM method, the group around Mr. Wachinger was constantly challenged to work out the corresponding added values for the construction execution and to implement them in the projects.

Heinrich Lünenschloß, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) works as Manager of Digital Construction & BIM at Köster GmbH. He is responsible for the digitalization processes including the development of BIM applications and the management of internal technology transfer. Having been the Sales Manager at Köster GmbH in Brunswick for a long time, he has deep insights into the construction and real estate industry. In addition, he has worked as BIM Manager on Open BIM projects, and is an honorary member of the board at buildingSmart Germany. Köster GmbH‘s headquarters is located in Osnabrück, and it has 19 locations throughout Germany. Köster is the leading provider in the construction industry for individual structures in the areas of work, living and infrastructure.

Dr. Manuel Schrapers is a managing director at Metroplan, a leading technical consulting and planning company specializing in the conception, development and implementation of international production and logistics locations. Dr. Schrapers has successfully planned and implemented numerous production and logistics locations in Europe, Russia, Africa, America and Asia, among other things through his time at the DAX company LEONI and through long-term international assignments, for instance for HeidelbergCement to Russia. Furthermore, Dr. Schrapers has broad expertise in the site selection and location development of supplier plants in the automotive and construction supply industries. As a civil engineer, Dr. Schrapers has the necessary professional competence in plant, industrial and logistics planning and due to his international MBA and DBA training, he has a special understanding of the economic aspects of operations and logistics footprint projects.

Dr. Joachim von Lukowicz is an executive With 20 yrs experience in the infrastructure sector. As Managing Director of HOCHTIEF PPP Operations he is responsible for the operations of HOCHTIEFs European infrastructure business. With a particular focus is on innovation and digitalization.

Simon Jagenow has been responsible for the creation and implementation of BIM and digitization projects for 10 years at companies such as Siemens and Züblin. Important to him is the whole spectrum from hands-on in the concrete project, to the long-term strategy in the company. As head of the digitization division of the executive board, he manages the strategic project portfolio of Ed. Züblin AG in Germany, Scandinavia and BeNeLux.

Niklas Brandmann is Head of Digitalization/BIM at LEONHARD WEISS and has been a BIM lead in the construction industry for 15 years, focusing on the implementation, further development, and practical application of the BIM methodology. He is also involved in specialist committees to advance BIM standards in Germany.

Dipl.-Ing (FH) Alexander Kropp has been the BIM department manager responsible for the company-wide implementation and further development of BIM methods at Max Bögl since 2015. Mr Kropp has been working on the development and introduction of BIM in project management for over 15 years. Of these, he was responsible for the introduction of BIM in the infrastructure sector for many years. In order to support the development throughout the industry, he is involved in numerous committees, including the DAUB, DBV and HDB.

Enrico Kretsch has held management responsibility in medium-sized companies for many years. As a trained civil engineer, he is in charge of technical issues relating to infrastructure as well as digitization in the area of technical applications.

Dr. Konrad Kudla has been the central division manager for planning and digitization at Max Bögl since February 2020. In this position, he is responsible not only for BIM but also for the technical offices of building construction, infrastructure, parking garage and steel construction. His focus is the change from craft-based construction to industrial and product-oriented construction. In this context, he is concerned with the topic of digitalization in the construction industry, especially in the area of planning.

Hans-Jörg Niemeck has been a member of the management board of INROS LACKNER SE since 2011. Previously, he was a managing partner of the planning office Wisserodt Consulting GmbH and GENERAL CONTRACT Ingenieurgesellschaft für Projektmanagement mbh for 26 years. He started as a draughtsman in 1972. After his first years in technical planning, he completed a commercial vocational training and became involved in controlling, contract and project management. In the course of his professional career, transport infrastructure has been a major focus of his work. The complex projects he has been involved in have included project management, planning and construction supervisory tasks. in recent years, it has been a major concern of his - both in the company and in the work of the association - to accompany the topics of BIM, LEAN, sustainability or integrated project management as well as alliance models and to promote their establishment in the civil engineering sector.

Cornelia Sorge is Managing Partner of Saxovent RED, a project developer for climate-positive neighborhoods in timber construction. The architect most recently worked as a board member for PROJECT Immobilien - since 2020, she has been building up the Real Estate division for the Saxovent Group. Climate protection is the focus of the company: Saxovent has been successful as an energy supplier with renewables since 1997 and holds a stake in timber builder timpla.
