Gobnait Ní Néill joined the Codema team in March 2023. Gobnait holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design from the National College of Art and Design and a Postgraduate Certificate in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the UCD Innovation Academy. She has previously worked with a number of the leading design agencies in Ireland, developing market driven branding and communications solutions across a range of consumer facing products, from food and beverage to financial services and mobile communications. In recent years, she has redirected her work towards promoting and facilitating climate and biodiversity action, running events and workshops and establishing an award winning social enterprise to support individuals and community groups. With the Think Energy and Home Energy Saving Kit programmes, her primary focus is on sharing the skills that allow people and communities to take an active role in conserving energy and combating climate change.

John is a Director of Lifesize Plans Leinster Limited. John is a qualified construction professional with over 20 years’ experience in the built environment. He is passionate about people, business, construction & engineering. He has a vast range of knowledge gained from his international experience in the built environment over his career to date. These span an array of interlinked disciplines, namely Architecture, Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Main Contracting, Specialist Subcontracting, Offsite Manufacture, Project Engineering, Project Co-Ordination, Design Management, Bid Management, Project Management & Contract Management.

Ray is qualified as an Architectural Technologist and is an SEAI registered Domestic BER Assessor & Technical Advisor. He joined Unilin Insulation (fka Xtratherm) in 2014, supporting construction designers and specifiers in Ireland offering advice on fabric performance and Building Regulation compliance.

Dainius is Managing Director at iDomus Construction, has extensive expertise in Solid Timber and Glulam structures, specializing in sustainable, healthy and maximum performance buildings. Completed a number of Solid Timber block construction projects over the past 12 years in Ireland and abroad.

As the Director of JML SIPs Low Energy Homes, I bring over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, with an emphasis on timber construction and most recently specialising in Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and Modern Methods of Construction. My extensive background in building projects utilising various construction systems offers a unique perspective on the advantages of modern construction techniques.

Mervyn has over 40 years experience in Architecture, Planning and Project Management, both in the private sector for private bespoke dwellings, housing developments and commercial buildings, etc. Mervyn holds 4 chartered qualifications in Architecture, Surveying, Building Engineering and Project Management and is a Fellow of 3 of these professional institutes. In private practice Mervyn became an associate of a Chartered Architects practice at the age of 25. He then moved to the public sector and reached the level of Head of Building and Assistant Director of Estates Services. Throughout his career, his passion has always been architectural design, project management and building legislation including a particular interest in Planning legislation.
