Sriram Iyer is a technologist and product person with over 21 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently as the Head of Product, Geo, IoT, GFB, Marketplace & Merchants at Grab, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the superapp's geo-location and marketplace strategies. Started as a Software Engineer in 2004, Sriram has amassed extensive experience in product development and has held key leadership positions in Yahoo and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. His collaborative leadership style, analytical mindset, and passion for innovation is helping Grab in its mission to become Southeast Asia's largest and most efficient on-demand platform that enables local commerce and mobility.

Li Chunchang graduated from Capital Normal University as a major in computer science and technology and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics as a major in English interpreting. She has been in AI-related projects and also has experience in global marketing and foreign trade, and she now works for IDMA.CC INTERNATIONAL.

Gaoping Xiao is the Sales Director for AMAG Technology in the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore. With over 13 years of experience in the security and access control industry, he specializes in supporting enterprises and critical infrastructure organizations to design and implement integrated security solutions. At AMAG, Gaoping works closely with partners and end users to deliver the Symmetry platform, which unifies identity and access management, video management, visitor management, and third-party integrations into a single solution. He is passionate about building strong customer relationships and enabling organizations to achieve both security and operational efficiency through innovative technologies. Gaoping holds professional certifications including CPP, PSP, PMP, and LEED AP, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Dr Carlos López-Gómez is the head of Policy Links, IfM Engage, University of Cambridge. Policy Links is a not-for-profit innovation consultancy unit that works with governments to develop effective industrial innovation policies. Carlos has extensive research and advisory experience in the fields of industrial and innovation policy. He has advised several national and regional governments as well as international organisations including UNIDO, OECD, ADB, UNCTAD and the World Economic Forum. He has published in academic journals, international organization reports, and specialised magazines. Carlos started his career with quality control and automation engineering roles at Toyota and General Electric, and has work experience in Japan, Austria, Mexico and the UK. In 2015, he was seconded at Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and was a visiting researcher at the Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Tokyo. Carlos holds a PhD in industrial and innovation policy from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of Downing College and Churchill College.

Aditya Tripathi is the Group HSE Head (HSE Director) at Princeton Digital Group, a leading data center developer and operator across Asia Pacific. CK is a digital transformation strategy, innovation and program management professional with over 20 years of experience in ASEAN. As a CEO of AllThingsConnected, CK works with organizations create their digitalization strategy & roadmap, solutions and ecosystem, skills transformation to accelerate their current state to future state digital journey. He has successfully led large complex transformation projects from conception to completion in high-tech industries. CK is also an Adjunct Professor at SP Jain Global School of Management, an Associate Faculty member at Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore University of Social Sciences. He teaches programs covering topics such as AI Strategy, Leadership, Organizational Transformation, Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Innovation and entrepreneurship. He has personally trained 500+ executives and senior leaders across the industry and influenced 1000s of professionals by sharing insights at 150+ leadership forums, and prestigious international conferences CK earned his Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from National University of Singapore. Wayne is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in the Media Entertainment, Broadcast/TV industries. His versatile background includes impactful roles within TV stations, manufacturing, and system integration, specializing in sales solutions. Wayne has a global perspective, executing projects in diverse regions, including APAC and the Middle East. Proficient in system design, project planning, and system programming, Wayne's career took an exciting turn in 2021 when he immersed himself in xR/VP and LBX projects at Disguise. Some notable recent endeavors include significant contributions to projects at Samsung EBC Centre, HKDI VP Stage, and RTHK xR Studio. Combining his skills in engineering, project management, and technical sales, Wayne excels in project leadership, stakeholder satisfaction, and adeptly resolving challenges to achieve project success.
