John Preiditsch has over 35 years of experience in the ERP software business. John has founded Six S Partners with the intention of helping clients on another level by bringing together a team with deep knowledge and broad industry experience. The technology is just the vehicle to help our customers; the majority of them are seeking a deeper consultative approach to understand what they can be doing more efficiently with their operations.

With over twenty-five years of experience in leading Lean Transformation and driving sustainable change through Smart Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Continues Improvement , and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) implementation, I have successfully led a culture of continuous improvement across various manufacturing sectors in North America. My expertise includes developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.

Anish brings 15 years of experience in process consulting and operations management across industries - including Technology, Finance, Energy and Manufacturing. At BDC, Anish is committed to creating an impact on Canadian entrepreneurs by improving their business productivity and profitability. He believes that consulting is about being client centric and working towards common goals. Anish holds an MBA from the University of Alberta, and he is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and ASQ CSSGB (American Society for Quality Six Sigma Green Belt).

Soumya Ranjan Sahoo is presently serving as a machine learning researcher at NTWIST. He earned his doctorate in process control from the University of Alberta's Department of Chemical Engineering. With a seven-year background in machine learning and process control, his present research focus lies in dynamic optimization, reinforcement learning, image processing, and model predictive control. His academic excellence has been recognized with the esteemed Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship award.

Debjyoti Sen, M.Sc, P.Eng is the Director of the Centers for Manufacturing and Energy Innovation at Red Deer Polytechnic. With a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and a strong applied research background, Debjyoti aims to shape Alberta’s technology landscape and foster innovation by bridging academia, industry and entrepreneurship.
