Ashleigh Jones is the Director of Regulation and Oversight at Recycling Victoria. She leads the branch responsible for overseeing the waste to energy scheme, the development and implementation of service standards and Recycling Victoria’s regulatory strategy. Ashleigh has more than 15 years experience in government, specialising in environmental regulation and policy, including waste, recycling and resource recovery. Prior to joining Recycling Victoria in early 2023, Ashleigh led a team to deliver reforms to the regulation of high-risk waste sites and worked in senior program manager roles with EPA Victoria.
