Bojan Pavlovic is the Chief Information and Operations Officer (CIOO) for North American Personal and Business Banking (NA P&BB) and Wealth Management. He is accountable to create and sustain a transformative and consistent digital experience for the benefit of our business partners and customers. In his role, Bojan ensures the strong alignment of the Technology and Operations strategy with NA P&BB and Wealth’s management strategy, focusing on a Business-to-Customer digital first delivery model. Furthermore, he focuses on alignment of capabilities and resources across both the NA P&BB and Wealth businesses to accelerate our speed to market, resulting in a consistent, high standard of technology stability and resilience to ensure we deliver strongly on our customers’ expectations of us.
