<p>Dal has over 32 years&rsquo; experience in the industry, bringing a deep understanding of the industry. She is a thought leader in transport ticketing, delivering industry-leading mobile and contactless rollouts before they became commonplace, contributing to the success of National Express and the wider bus industry making a real difference to the travelling public. Dal joined the Women in Transport volunteer board to lead our West Midlands Hub in 2021 and is now the co-chair of D&amp;I Bus Group and has regularly spoken at events as a keen advocate for diversity and inclusion of women across the sector.</p>
