Douglas Hemminghaus is the corporate security manager for Dominion Energy’s Southern Operations, overseeing all corporate security operations in the southeastern United States. He retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in October 2019 after 23 years of service. In his last position as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC), he oversaw all National Security, Cyber and Intelligence operations in the Columbia Division in Columbia, South Carolina. Mr. Hemminghaus was previously employed as a Trooper/Special Agent with the Illinois State Police for approximately seven years before joining the FBI. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University @ Edwardsville with a degree in Finance and Economics.
