Madeleine is Senior Project Manager for the South East London (SEL) Pharmacy Homecare Transformation. Working jointly with acute Trusts across SEL and SEL ICB, her role is to deliver a system-wide programme to modernise, harmonise and sustain pharmacy homecare services. She is a clinical prescribing pharmacist by background, specialising in Gastroenterology and Dermatology, where she gained extensive experience as a healthcare professional user of pharmacy Homecare services. Madeleine was the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellow 2024/25 hosted by the NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS). During her fellowship year she supported a number of national pharmacy initiatives, including the SPS Biosimilar and Key Generics programme and NHSE Inclusive Pharmacy Practice.
