In her role at Leiden University, Dr. Michelle Olmstead is Director, Centre for Innovation and new department, Leiden Learning and Innovation Centre. She provides the learning team and partners with the freedom to innovate and create new initiatives, in a sustainable manner. She utilises research in science and educational methods for digital innovation, growth and improvement. This allows for transforming people and organisations, through the design of unique developments, impactful learning solutions and innovation transfer. Michelle has extensive experience at the executive level in research Universities including, Oxford University and Colorado State University, Global Campus before joining Leiden University in 2018.
