Started my journey with the NHS Organisation as an ATO in Northwick Park Hospital roughly 8 years ago, followed by the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technician Program with the Royal Brompton and Harefield Trust. After successfully completing the program I joined the Imperial Trust specifically working as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician for roughly 2 and a half years at Hammersmith Hospital. For just over a year following that position I made the decision to work as Bank, re-joining the LNWH Trust and spending time in all sites, first at Central Middlesex in Dispensary, then in Ealing Hospital as Senior Dispensary Technician which was followed by an MMPT position in Northwick Park. For the past year and a half I was privileged to work on the Post Discharge Counselling Project, a Charity funded project with the scope of following up with patients after their discharge to verify their understanding of their medicines, answer any queries they may have and resolve any potential issues/discrepancies, ensuring patients felt confident and comfortable with their health plan and medicines.
