Raoul Ravara joined Hines Italy in May 2021 and currently serves as Senior Managing Director. A prominent figure in the Italian real estate sector, he is the President of the Residential Committee of Assoimmobiliare and a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Executive Committee. He also recently concluded a two-year term as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at AmCham Italy. Raoul began his career in brokerage and consultancy before moving into investment management and Asset Management. In 2011, he was appointed Asset Manager at Polaris Investment Italia SGR S.p.A. He then joined DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. in 2012, where he became Director of Funds in 2017. In this capacity, he managed strategic relationships with global institutional investors across a spectrum of investment strategies, including Core, Core Plus, Value Added, and Opportunistic funds. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan and a Master in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi. His extensive background combines strategic asset management with high-level institutional representation.
