Regina Obexer, M.Ed., is an eLearning professional with extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of eLearning programs. She has held leadership roles at various universities both in Australia and Austria and has implemented large scale projects in educational technology. Regina's research interests include blended and online learning and teaching strategies, organisational development, and strategy and change management in the context of digital transformation in Higher Education. Regina is currently a senior lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck, where she teaches in several blended learning programs and provides training and coaching for faculty teaching in blended and online mode.
