Sabrina Lippman

Sabrina Lippman is a real estate executive and housing leader focused on expanding access to homeownership across New York City and Westchester County. As CEO of Habitat for Humanity New York City & Westchester, she leads the organization’s work building and preserving homeownership opportunities for working-class families through development, financing, and policy, strengthening the broader housing continuum. Sabrina brings over two decades of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to Habitat, she served as Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she oversaw a 64-million-square-foot portfolio and secured over $500 million in public subsidies for major redevelopment projects. She has also held leadership roles at Westfield, Cushman & Wakefield, and Simon Property Group, and previously led philanthropic efforts during her first tenure at Habitat. A proud Latina born and raised in Queens, Sabrina is a recognized voice in housing policy and inclusive economic growth. She has been honored by Crain’s New York Business (40 Under 40), El Diario (Mujeres Destacadas), and Professional Women in Construction (Top 20 Under 40), and is a published author in City Limits. She holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, a Management Certificate from the Simon Business School, and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Rochester.
