Sin-Yee Loh, Regional Director and Counsellor (Maritime), heads the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)’s Europe Regional Centre based in Brussels. Apart from driving the Singapore-Rotterdam Green and Digital Shipping Corridor, she facilitates and strengthens maritime-related business investments and collaborations between Europe and Singapore. Sin-Yee has obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Oxford, and has spent more than 10 years in MPA, taking on various roles growing and strengthening the Singapore maritime ecosystem. Today, there are more than 200 international shipping groups and more than 5,000 maritime-related enterprises in Singapore. She has also served in various government agencies in the areas of transport and social policies.
