Previously served as Senior Vice President of R&D at Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd., CEO at Macrocure Ltd., and held various positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. He was a research fellow at the U.S. National Institutes of Health and holds a Ph.D. in microbiology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
